Crime Stoppers of Houston is offering a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest in a deadly hit-and-run.
Naponcey Thomas, 72, was struck and killed by a vehicle about 9:36 p.m. on Thursday, July 18, 2019.
Naponcey was walking across moving lanes of traffic in the 3500 block of McHard Road when he was struck.
The driver fled the scene.
