An 11-week-old puppy is scared, confused and alone after his owner surrendered him to a busy Houston kill shelter on March 14.
The Facebook page, Urgent Pets Shelter Houston, introduced the pup to their followers:
“He is neutered, has scabies and is in treatment,” says the volunteer group. “This baby needs your help”
