Twenty-eight new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Fort Bend County on Sunday, bringing the total case count to 783.
The total number is composed of 681 active cases and 85 recovered. Seventeen Fort Bend County residents have died of the disease caused by the virus.
Texas now has 18,923 confirmed cases of COVID-19, 5,334 recoveries, and 477 fatalities according to the state’s Department of Health and Human Services.
