Crime Stoppers of Houston and the Houston Police Department needs the public’s assistance locating fugitive Jose Delcarmen Bonilla, who is wanted for Aggravated Kidnapping and Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.
On Saturday, October 31, 2020, fugitive Jose Delcarmen Bonilla was involved in an Aggravated Kidnapping and Aggravated Sexual
Assault of a Child that took place in the 16000 block of Imperial Valley Dr. in Houston, Texas. During the incident, the fugitive
pointed a pistol at the juvenile victim while sexually assaulting them. Afterwards, fugitive Bonilla forced the victim into a vehicle,
drove to another location and sexually assaulted the victim for a second time at gunpoint.

Fugitive Jose Delcarmen Bonilla is a Hispanic male, 30 years of age, approximately 5’6″, 140 lbs., with brown eyes and dark hair.
